Out of our widely spread activities we present some specific projects for your reference.

1. International Symposium

Task:
A customer in the pharmaceutical industry wants to invite physicians from all over the world into a high-profile international symposium. The event should include three days of activities. It will offer a number of lectures provided by acknowledged experts and top speakers on subjects of cardiology and diabetology.

Solution:
Within a time frame of a few weeks a total of 500 physicians from Europe, United States and Asia are being registered via a specific designed website. In addition, the team of ExcellEvent takes care of flight bookings, hotel reservations and meeting space for all participants.
Plus speaker management, organization and coordination of workshops with parallel running product presentation is being handled.

2. Anniversary 10 years of company merging

Task:
ExcellEvent is entrusted with the task of arranging an event concept for the anniversary of the 10-years cooperation of a German-French chemicals company. At the foreground stands the reflection of the past years cooperation, a synopsis of current development as well as the emotional mediation of future visions. The total of 250 participants from Germany and France are to be joined with varied and fun-making factors within the framework of the anniversary event in order to get to know each other better and improve the communication amongst themselves.

Solution:
The objective is to offer a most attractive program in which all guests actively participate. This will be achieved by a joint action, shooting a business movie. For the realization the participants are divided into small groups. Each group in itself again is divided into the areas "Past", "Present" and "Future". The groups produce a short film and the participants take over all the tasks of the shoot on their own – from the cameraman up to the cutter.
As the highlight of the anniversary event, the self-produced short films are presented in the gala evening in form of an Oscar Award ceremony and awarded a price. A cinematic journey reflecting the milestones of the company history in the past, the present and in the future.

3. Scientific Training for physicians

Task:
Required is an event in compliance with the Code of Conduct including adequate location and hotel accommodation. The CME certified medical training for physicians will take place at a total of 15 weekends. Each of the 150 participants will arrive on Friday and leave the venue on Sunday.

Solution:
The acquisition of CME credits for certified training courses does not mean following monotone presentations. Instead ExcellEvent offers participants a series of great looking presentations of professional prominent opinion leaders.
The invited physicians will benefit from the gathered information. By a blend of theory and practice the latest scientific findings can be transferred into the everyday working life.
